Center of Metropolitan Andrey Sheptytsky

The center of Metropolitan Andrey Sheptytsky is the newest information and resource center, which includes a library, public space, training facilities and administration premises of the university. One of the main slogans of UCU is openness, so this term became the main idea when designing the Sheptytsky Center. From the architectural point of view, the term “openness” plays an important role in the planning structure of the building, its interconnection with the surrounding environment. The space of the center is barrier-free, and the events that are happening here are also accessible to disabled groups of people.
