Residential complex “Kineskop”

According to the plans of the investors and local authorities, the project should breathe new life into existing neighborhood of the former factory, which
specialized in producing components for TVs in 1984. Inspired by the history of the area, it was decided to reflect the spirit of the past in the architecture of complex
with the help of facades. With the thought of the existing environment and the silhouette of the complex, among the many options, the most optimal space-spatial solution was chosen. For the comfort of future inhabitants, closed and free from cars courtyard was created. Also was designed maximum landscaping of the territory including with the roofs of the lower buildings.
